Starting at the top:
A wig, with long curly hair, in either blonde, black, or red hair.
Pancake makeup (use bold colors for the eyes, cheeks and lips)
A feminine dress with frilly lace (get a bra with built in falsies)
stockings
High heeled shoes (you'll probably have to practice walking in them before you go out for Halloween night.
Be sure to shave your face, legs and underarms if the dress has spaghetti straps. For perfume, try Chanel #5 or Shalimar.
Top it off with clip earrings, jewels borrowed from your mom or sis and you're ready for Halloween!

You could dress as a fairy princess, with a long white gown, tiara and white sandals with high heels to match. You would also need to wear some tights to cover your legs, padded bra and plenty of makeup. You could wear a long golden curly wig. If you get your ears pierced, you could even wear some dangley earrings, then there is the necklace and bracelets. I wish you the best of luck!

u should wear capris to cover up leghair. a cute pink or flowered tank. A blond wig but put it in a low ponytail so that it doesnt look fake. put on pink blush , Pink eyeshadow and a coat of clear gloss and go shoeless. Paint your fingernails a hot pink or dark purple. I soooo hope this helps. I did the same thing to like my best guy friend last year and everyone thought he was a girl even his other two bffs.

Wear a black dress, low cut, and short. Have your hair done up (probably a wig) in curls, piled high. Wear lots of bracelets, and/or tie black bows or ribbons on your wrist. Curl them with scissors and tie the ribbons on. Also put some ribbon, curled, as a necklace, and ankle bracelets. (Remember, it is halloween. Black is the color of the day/night) and you will still look sexy and like a girl. Have a black cat sticking out of the black purse you carry, and on the back of your outfit, or on your purse so everyone can see it, write "Good Witch." Doesn't that sound like fun? Also carry a black book and bottle of cola in your purse. Get carried away with the color of black, girl!

are you a guy wanting to dress as a girl? or tomboy girl wanting to dress girly? im assuming guy...dont wear heels..youll kill yourself in them. Maybe some low heels slip ons or sandals? paint your toes and fingernails too. And maybe calf length dress, or shorter if you ahve the legs to get away with it. Ive seen a lot of guys with nicer legs than women. Wish i coud have a pic of you id totally tell you what would look good on you. just have fun and wear makeup too.

since you mentioned halloween, you can wear little bo peep costume, this way you can hide your masculinity. but if you have a girly figure, try the french maid with fishnet stocking, heels that you can handle to walk on, brunette wig, get a padded bra and check out macy for free make up.

blonde wig,red lipstick,clip on earrrings unless your ears are periced. measure you chest and get that size bra, cup DDD. dress like a poodle girl chick so a tight sweater, skirt with a poodle sewn on if posible,pretty panties,shave you legs wear folded down socks and cute shoes.dont forget to tie the wigs hair up in a matching scarf.do a twirl and your on your way.so sweet. have fun

If you're really good, you should shave ur legs and put on a dress and high heeled shoes and wear a purse or REALLLLY tight jeand, a long sweatshirt and some cut baby phat shoes.

Most college girls wear jeans and t-shirts and dress as guys.
So in essence, your wanting to dress as a dude?
Most of the college girls these days are fatter than the guys, so you got to wrap a pillow on your stomach and rear. lol

wear a wig, a long mumu, put like toilet paper in ur dress to make it look like u have boobs, and wear sandals. dont forget the purse! put on a lot of makeup too
