Ask her boss in an unsigned letter.
Don't ask her like this:
I wonder why my manager has her job. At work she sings her name. Is she sik or does she have bad cridet?

She's probably just a poor speller. No big mystery. Some people just have a hard time with that. My husband is very intelligent, but can't spell to save his life. There are a few words that, no matter how many times I correct him, he can't ever seem to get right.

I have a co-worker who insists on spelling "nourishment" without the "o". She also writes "X-tra". Sometimes I don't think she's very bright.

You should gift wrap a dictionary for her. Most people in management positions are borderline retarded.

I'm with you!
It's very annoying when people do that.
The other thing that bugs me is when people say things like.
"thank you for everythink"
instead of "everything"
Why don't people like that use spell check?
