i'm serious.
why do our nipples get hard and poke out when we are cold?
my breasts are big and before with my old bras, whenever i got cold, my nipples would poke out through my shirts, so i had to start putting tissue in my bras so you wouldnt notice. i had a couple embarassing moments from that.

It's called vasoconstriction. When we get cold, our vessels get smaller and it what makes us get goose bumps and makes our nipples hard. It happens to guys to except nobody pays attention. I have never worried about it personally, it's a normal thing that happens to everybody. I have know some girl who used band-aids, but I have no idea how well that works. A lot of bras come with a little bit of padding that would most definitely conceal that problem. If you wear those flimsy bras, then switch.

The same reason you get 'goose bumps'. When we are cold, our pores contract in order to trap body heat. This includes the chest area. Thus, our skin tightens, and nipples feel harder. This happens to men as well, but isn't as noticeable because our breast to not protrude.

it's normal..this is just the way our body reacts to cold temperature or any other stimuli..like " when we are turned on?"..just have a bra with a bit foam in it..so it won't get noticed..that happens to me,too.

I don't know why, but it's a problem for all ages. You can get something called "petals" at bra stores to cover it up.

I think it has something to do with blood rushing to that area.
I have that same thing, and if I have one more person ask me if I am cold, I am going to choke them.

Try applying hot wax for them
