I don't think it's illegal...but it's certainly disrespectful, and arrogant.
You shouldn't burn anybody's flags. I mean, the country didn't do anything to you..so why disrespect it?
"Do to others as you would want done to you."
Remember that.
And think of yourself as a flag...why burn "someone else" if you wouldn't want "yourself" burnt?
(I.E. the flag)
