no, if you had big breasts, you wouldnt need implants. If you had small breasts and got implants, then there are already bras your size in the XL section.

Because unless they are having some ridiculous size, most women want to look natural and will go between a B cup and a DD cup depending on where they are starting from. Remember the reason these girls are having implants, is because they are small to start with, unless they are strippers/models and that is when they start going OTT and they don't keep their bras on for long anyway!!

I had implants twice, the first time they were not BIG enough, so I went and had it done again. After four kids, I lost all my weight and then some.. that meant my boobs shrunk along with all the other fat. I am very happy with them years later and I would do it ALL over again if I had to. It is a personal choice and it may not be for some. Well worth the money spent, my husband thinks the same as well.

They already do because there's a lot of thick girls and fat girls in this country. Plus, girls develop early nowadays. Personally, I would never get implants but then again I have an ok size (34D) and I'm petite.

not all of the women are getting implants. some are just born with and others aren't so gifted?

no because large bras are already made. few ppl actually get over a D cup. If they do get M cup or something, they will find a bra online or something.

i guess, but thank god, i would never consider implants, cuz it's dangerous and too much money....and besides mine look good
