when you have only one person supporting you for what you going through what to do?

i have thought about doing all this bad stuff but the only one of my mates who is standing by me is help me 24 hours a day what do i do

Be very thankful that you have your mate! I hope you aren't talking about doing bad stuff to yourself. I don't have a clue, what you are going through, but you need to take charge of your emotions and try to go on with your life. It's the only Life you have, so you must make the best of it.
