You really need to consider cost of living in the city besides just the hourly wage. It doesn't help to go after the big bucks if it costs three times as much to live there as anywhere else!

Las Vegas,Nv $35 per hour UMC medical center , trauma center or try Sunrise Children's hospital in the same city ,you'll get a few more $$ per hour there ,for night shift ,12 hour shifts though

Call a staffing agency!
With that many years under your belt I bet you are more than secure with your skills! You could work for American Moble or Nurse Finders and RAKE in the cash!
