Actually, Libras are known to be laid back, but have strong feelings that there should be justice in the world.

I can be VERY stubborn but I procrastinate and am not very tenacious...even on the slight occasions I can make a decision. A Virgo/Libra cusp makes things even worse, then add some Pisces to that for the ascendant. Libra can be even more stubborn over emotional matters even more so than Taurus, but at least if Taurus is stubborn they're not confused and are practical

Any Libran answers that show stubborness are cusp dwellers- Libra is the sign of of balance, beauty, harmony, but mostly indecision... They refuse point blank to decide on any issue for fear people will judge them badly They hate the thought of anyone disliking them without cause, will trip over mess in their own house, yet straighten wall-hangings at a friends house.
Get this ....I am married to one of the the star sign in question. Libra can make a snap decision involving a great deal of money and people......yet still be undecided about which clothes would be ok to attend a vasectomy.
Never would I call them stubborn!

Libra here. I wouldn't call myself stubborn persay but some say I have "tunnel vision" or am "goal oriented". I know what I want and stop at nothing to achieve it whether it be a job or a pair of shoes. I'm very blunt and don't accept substitutes. Some might call that stubborn, some would say I am a go getter. It's all perspective.

I'm a Libra and I'm not stubborn. We can be indecisive and very passionate about things that are important to us, but usually we're are about balance. I believe that every sign can be stubborn (especially the signs Capricorn, Taurus, and Cancer).

I'm a stubborn libra, and I'm laid back and my mother [ a capricorn] says I'm lazy, it used to drive her crazy when I was a kid and didn't want to get out of bed for school, she used to have to flip my matteress over on me to get me up sometimes, I really made her angry! But mostly with me, my biggest problem is vainity, I look in a mirror everytime I pass the bathroom, and won't even go outside my front door unless I have make up on and my hair done. I have lost boyfriends because of me being obsessed over my looks

Libras are extremely difficult. I'm a Cancer, and I honestly have a hard time dealing with Libras. Not only are they stubborn, but they also tend to be nitpickers. Sorry.
