That Slaves are just like anything else u own and u can use them as u see fit but they are also humans and shouldnt be mistreated or beat. Its just like having a maid or a Janitor. NO difference but u wouldnt beat your maid for not dusting your lamp right would u? of course not but u pay her and while u are doing so u own her to the extent of agreement. and I think slavery isnt wrong as long as they arent mistreated

Well obviously if I were a slave owner, I wouldn't see anything wrong with it. That isn't how I feel but I think if you want different answers you need to word your question differently.
My view on slavery is that it was wrong and should have never happened.

I would never be a typical small slave owner. By the way; does that title mean that I would be short of stature, or that I would only have slaves that were midgets?

well if i was, slave was my way of life. i would need slaves to tend my fields and i could sell them to make money. but suddenly if somebody just told me that i would lose my slaves because some a few people up north i would be mad. right there i've lost all my income, i've lost my workforce, i would basically lose everything.

What would be your view of people if you were a typical serial killer?
What would be your view of convenience store clerks if you were a typical robber?
What would be your view of children if you were a typical pedophile?

that my way of life was being stripped away from me by ppl 1000 miles away. That slaves were property instead of human beings. This doesnt represent my view but what I think they would have thought.

Even in our "enlightened" times, few are willing to bankrupt themselves and thier family for principles that most of society doesn't hold.
In 100 years our treatment of pets will seem just as barbaric.
