Abner could care less about what she does, so she tries to get his attention. Sam and Darrin need to learn that she will never change, and keep the shades drawn and the doors locked.

She used to live next door to Major Nelson and never got used to all of the strange "goings on" so when she moved and set up next to the Stevens' at first she thought "Ok cool" but then the "goings on" came back and she more than likely thought that it may have been some kind of government conspiracy. OR, maybe she's just a desperate housewife on the decline.

gee uncle shes sexually repressed and her husbands denied so they have to find other activities like spying explains the whole CIA thing huh if the folks were having sex regularly they wouldnt be bothering others all the time they' d be too busy
