Ideally a lot of people with 'unhealthy' interests (not just sex offenders) should be banned from the Internet. But how would you enforce it without a Soviet KGB style snooping operation. You want freedom,? Well you have to take the risks. You can't have 100% security AND 100% freedom.

Probably but as the internet is so widely available it would be impossible to police.

To the contrary some sex offenders may find material on the internet which might satisfy them and stop them from offending, however I am not in any way pro sex offenders.

i think they should , but how are we going to do it. the best thing i know to do is keep an eye on our children. it is a real problem and they should find a way to do it. that is a very good question. thank you for being concerned.
