I dont sleep at night but more in the early morning hours. When i do sleep its not very good, cause the people above me seem to walk around all the time and you can hear it all the time too, but when they stop walking around then it is so hard to sleep with that annoying alarm clock going off.

I have a hard time getting to sleep, but then I sleep like a rock the rest of the night. Unless my roomies decided to be loud all night and have random band practices in the bedroom next to mine, or they have "the boys" over to play poker and have the TV extremely loud as they yell over the soccer games that are on...sorry I got carried away.

Well, I have fixed up my 22 year old son's bedroom when he moved out for MYSELF. I have a comfortable bed with lots of pillows and it is quiet - I retreat to this room whenever I can, especially when hubby is snoring, my boxer is stretched out and my chihuahua is growling - I leave them ALL together and have a great night's sleep.

This question could have three possible answers.
- The same way I do during the day.
- Quite well, but not long enough.
- In bed with my eyes closed, lying on my side or on my stomach under the covers.
Choose the one you like best.

I make sure the lights are out, i lay down, close my eyes, and drift off to sleep, which is a period of unconsciousness where the body rejuveniates and reenergizes itself to carry on another day.

I sleep in a T-shirt (and nothing else) and I usually cross my hands on my chest, like a mummy. I also like to put my head under the sheets.

Same way I sleep during the day - laying down, pillow, light blanket, sound machine playing "wave" noises.
