well the reason why i'm asking this is that i would like to know out of curiousity

You need a lot of money, and I mean close to a billion. Then you need to find an owner willing to sell his team to you. Then you gotta convince the NFL to let you buy the team, they don't particularly want people who don't know what they are doing owning a team. That is pretty much it.

$600 to $900 million buys you a team and the price is climbing, even for a sorry team like the raiders
