I'd rather have a manufactured home because the walls are all mine -- greater quiet and privacy and individualism.
I also like to listen to music late at night and want room for my dog.

I've lived in both and am currently living in the MH. I prefer the MH. The neighbors are still close but they're not on the other side of the wall. Hopefully sometime next year I'll be moving on up to something more sturdy and solid.

I live in an apartment, this home, this is all I got, so I prefer my apartment since this is all I can afford.
