If you are referring to material possessions, you are going to get a million different answers. If you are asking this on a deeper level, then these are my answers:
1. To be responsible for yourself-financially, physically, emotionally
2. Know how to choose your friends well
3. Discover the real meaning of love-spiritual and flesh

From a purely materially standpoint,it depends on what is important to you personally. However, by the age of 30, one is no longer a child. You should have become comfortable with who you are. At 30, you shouldn't be overly concerned with the opinions of others. You would probably be established in a career, or business, perhaps married or in a permenant, commited relationship. By the age of 30, you probably won't be an astronaut, or a firefighter, or a top model, but you are comfortable in your own skin. You accept your faults and the faults of others. Unlike a teenager, you are no longer a slave to fashion, or to what the "crowd" thinks. You have your own likes and dislikes, and are not afraid to stand up for yourself or your beliefs.
Hope this provides some small insight.

There is no such measure for this sort of thing; age is irrevelant. Every person's life is different and so what some have accomplished under age 30, some accomplish over age 30. You really can not compare lives.

Depends on what you wish to acheive, how great a drive you have, and how you want to live your life. Accomplishment is subjective- varies with each person. What one person considers and accomplished life even though they may not have much in the way of material possessions or money, another will consider money the end all be all of existence.
You have to decide what is a priority to you, and go with that path.

a heart beat and happiness! If he has a heart beat, he's still alive and if he's happy then it doesn't really matter about the rest. People always put importance on material things! You know how much you get to take with you when you die??? NOTHING! So be happy you are alive and try to make others around you happy!

By that age, i think a person thats 30 should be able to provide for themselves without having to still rely on their parents. and possibly be living without their parents.
