My aunt worked for an airline and met Willie Mays. Knowing I am a huge baseball fan she got his autograph for me. Its on the back of his boarding pass - with his name printed on it.

Its signed "Willie Mays #24" and has his HOME phone number written below.

Whats so cool is the boarding pass is DEPARTING NEW YORK - ARRIVING IN SAN FRAN - Just like the Giants!

Since I didn't buy it in a store I don't have any certificate of authenticity.

Anyone know what it may be worth? (not that I want to sell, just wondering"

Um, no. The moron claiming 600 to 1000 is talking out of his butt, as usual with yahoo answer (guesses). A COA Mays autograph might fetch $150 from a very interested buyer. And your COA has to be a real company, not someone's printer. It's amazing how people pass off ridiculous guesses as answers in here, never ceases to amaze me.

It's only worth what a collector is willing to pay for it.
