Yeah you could be a headless person. Get a long cape, some plastic tubing, wire, and some gloves. Make the wire and the tubing so that one end of the tube has wire going around your waste or chest area and at the other end make a circle about the size of a neck. Fill the gloves (If you can find fake hands even better) and sling them around your neck with some elastic (underwear elastic is cheap and works). Make the hands look like their holding your head. Wear a completly black outfit and drape the cape over you. Now make sure the cape is closed above your head so nobody sees the tubing (staple it if necessary). Try it out. I did it for my kid a few years ago and got he got so many compliments.

Design an Eye of Horus, maybe with the tip of a pyramid on top and the base of the pyramid underneath. You could maybe even get the iris part of the eye to light up. You could look through part of the eye or part of the pyramid. It might require chicken wire, gunny sack material, cardboard and paint. LOL

The one costume that was hilarious (and won first place at work) was a pregnant nun!! My son has a really cheap costume this year - a chippendale dancer! All he had to buy was the neck and cuff pieces at Halloween Express. He has the black pants and is going to go without his shirt - needless to say, I will be hiding somewhere in embarrassment - but it is cute, I will have to admit.

Use a sharpie, write neatly on a t-shirt "COSTUME"

Put a cereal box on your shirt and hold a knife, you are a cereal killer.

Tape a condom on your nose, you are a dick face. (no offense.)
