Here you can get the ears, a tail and a bowtie for $1 at the dollar store...Walmart always has them too....all you do for makeup is color a upsidedown triangle on your nose with black eyeliner and draw a few whiskers comming out of each side...and if you cant afford leotards..just wear all black clothes

1. For the headbands what you could do is make them with string and cardboard, and them colour them, To make the tails you could use a clown balloon, (bacl would be best) for clothing, wear all black, and of course to do the face painting, colour the nose and do the whiskers

Here are some ideas. Also, you can use a pair of black pany hose for the tails by cutting off the legs and stuffing them and pinning them to your rear. For the face, take lipstick and paint your nose red or pink, and then take a black eyeliner pencil and draw on wiskers.
