Tigers have beatened the Twins more than the Twins have beatened them this year so the Twins would be some what like a co-champion. But mainly just a wild card winner.

Actually, Detroit hold the tie-breaker over the Twins (head to head wins). If they end up with the same W-L record, the Tigers will be the division champs. No extra playoff game will be played.
Also, the only thing that is considered a "pennant" is winning the League Championship. In other words, there is only 2 pennants, one for the AL and one for the NL.

No.
If both teams are tied at the end of the season Tigers would Champions as they have the best season series record.
Twins would be wild card and face the yankees.

No. The Tigers would be considered division champions since they won the head to head series this year.

No because the Tigers have the better winning record against the Twins regarding the games they played against each other.

They would either play the tie breaker, or the Tigers would win, as they have the better win-loss record in the games between the two teams.

A one game playoff for the division championship. That would be cool.
