I'm not sure, but it's an interesting theory. There has been conjecture by political scientists that liberals are intent on forcing blacks to become "second-class" citizens. The liberals need a significant poverty base to stay in power with their agendas. It was democrats who were so vocal against the civil rights acts of 1964 and various laws to protect the voting rights of blacks and even the end of slavery. At the same time they sought that blacks be counted as part of the population for census and representation purposes.
Some believe that the welfare system as it is presently designed, is intended to give incentives for increasing the black population, and to increase their dependence on liberal politicians.
Liberals politicians, on the whole, may be far more racist than they like to say. Their actions suggest white supremacist thinking. The KKK grew out of the democratic south, you know, and it was republicans who worked so hard to end slavery.
Politics makes for strange bed-fellows. Things are rarely as they appear.

It's what they want you to see. You never see productive black citizens on the news, because the media wants people to be afraid of blacks. I wouldn't say that is very liberating.

no but talking to the blacks on this site.. its all a set up. of course a black would never rob anyone or do anything like that. hell they are so busy killing each other in their own neighborhoods. but again .. black people dont do that. no way. uh uh. losers.

I dont see any black people on the news, just phyco high school kids. We can definately blame the NRA, war mongering right for that!

Because balck decent people are the minority. I know plenty of them and are extremly polite and very cultured. I work with some of them and they are very pleasant, smart, keen and very funny!
They deserve to be in the news and shows, everywhere.

To answer your question you'd have to interview each and every black robber and killer that YOU have seen on the news.....thus not generalizing.
