I can totally answer this question! I used to have a flabby stomach and now it's flat, I'm currently working on toning it into a 6-pack. Anyways, in my experience (which was many summers of testing, only this past summer did it finally work), the best way is:
Diet (I'll explain):
Stay away from high-fat foods, these can include salad dressing, 2% or whole milk, oily foods like fries and potato chips. Also stay away from foods with lots of sugar - snack cakes, candy, and most of all beverages. Don't worry about carbs, Atkins, which although has a fairly strong track record, also has been proven to reduce overall healthy.
IF NOTHING ELSE, STAY AWAY FROM FRIED FOOD AND SWEET DRINKS OF ANY KIND. If you really want to know why, fried foods make you store more fat and gain more fat, and because sweet drinks contained LIQUIDFIED sugar, it goes into your stomach instantly, and becomes fat. So those are bad.
Exercise:
Yes, we ALL hate it, it's not fun. I will admit that I went running for a month. But don't let that get you down, I'm in college now and I basically NEVER run, I ride my bike maybe two or three times a week. The thing is, the healthy way to lose weight it to exercise, but if you can't exercise as much, just make sure you eat less. I mean, my calorie intake used to be around 1800 a day with exercise (calories aren't bad, sugar and fat is bad). Now I'm down to 1400-1500 a day. I'm still keeping my weight down.
Only ever drink water, no soda pops or gatorade or SoBe whatever drinks. I can recommend Fuze Slenderize drinks, they only have 20 calories per bottle, taste great, and are great for you.
That's about it. As for your legs, the only thing you can do is bike/walk/run, sorry hun, but that's how you lose fat in those places, you move them. You can't "wish" fat away, you can't hpoe that God will just make them dissapear. You have to be active with your legs. I still hate running, but I found if you do it with a friend or you have your music in your ears, you forget about it.
Alright, good luck! I hope you get the body you want!

Iam sooooo with you! My idea of exercise is going from the couch to the fridge to get a hostess hoho! lol I had 3 surgeries in one year and Iam 5 ft 3 and went from 110 lbs clear up to 145! For my height thats bad cuz i looked aweful and couldnt move much cuz of the surgeries! But once I recovered- I went on this 500 calorie a day diet- which sucked- and I lost 42 lbs in 5 weeks! It like to have killed me cuz Im the worlds biggest junk food junkie! Have maintained the weight loss for over 3 years now! If I can do it ANYONE CAN! I think the only exercise I did for my tummy was ALOT of sucking it in for like the count of 26 release over and over and over. I hate sit ups and NEVER EVER DO THEM! And it actually really did a great job flasttenning my tummy! Legs- u gotta walk for that or exercise bike cuz its impossible to suck in your legs! LOL trust me I tried! lol It was winter and like 5 feet of snow! I wore a circle around my dining room table! I turned up Toby Keith and walked every single day 3 times a day for 40 minutes each! AND I hate it and havent done it since! Good luck to u

I swear by pilates. I bought Windsor Pilates DVD from Target and man oh man have they done the job. 20 mins a day is all it takes. I had a plastic surgeon tell me I could not get a flat stomach on my own after my total hysterectomy but I proved him wrong. My stomach is now flatter then it has even been.
Good Luck

Other than surgery as an option, the best way to trim your body (and stay healthy) is a good diet and exercise.

Okay, well if you hate walking and dieting. Try Bikram yoga. You'll burn so many calories that you won't know what hit you. All you'll want to do is drink water. Also, you'll use muscles you never had. Build length strength and work your posture and core. Also, you'll lose inches before lbs.
of course, you could always try lipo.

Avon has a product out that really does work..Contact an avon representative and they can tell you more. I had a friend who used it after she had a baby and she lost the "baby flab"that she had post birth. It really works. I just do not know the name of it.
