This person already exists in the NBA. His name is Bruce Bowen.
The defense in the NBA, except for anyone on the 76er's not named Igoudala, is alot better than people give it credit for.
I'll name five players, for each position, who can defend any other players at that position in the NBA.
pg - Chris Paul
sg - Kobe Bryant
sf - Andrei Kirilenko
pf - Elton Brand
c - Ben Wallace

As someone said make a rule change, seems they are good at that. I will have to go with Adam C and his pick of Bruce Bowen but he has never stopped everyone from passing center court. I am also not to sure of his list. Maybe there will be some big surprises this season, so lets wait and see.
