Ok the first law of thermodynamics is that no energy is created or lost, fine what happens to the energy loss to a blackhole?

Hi. The black hole contains exactly as much energy as went into it.

Black holes are just another unproven theory for the astronomers and astrophysicists to prove. Until then, just don't worry about it.
