Our Winter solstice is about December 21, Summer Solstice is about June 21, Fall Equinox is about September 23 and Spring Equinox is about March 23.

The exact dates change every year and are defined by the Earth's orbit around the Sun. As in the longest day, shortest day or equal days.

Their solstices are exactly opposite ours (their Winter solstice is our Summer solstice). The equinoxes are on the same days but the seasons are inverted (their Fall equinox is our Spring equinox).

Aloha

Hi. The exact time changes year to year. The solstices occur when the Sun is at maximum and minimum angles from the equator. Th equinoxes occur when the Sun crosses the equator.

The solstice is the longest day or night and the equinox is when the day and night is equal in time.
