External Stakeholders (or stock holders) are people outside of the company that is issuing the stock. This can be anyone that holds the company stock. Internal Stakeholders are any one working for the company.

internal stakeholders are employed by the company. Many companies hold share to give as perks (incentives) to employees to keep them there. As an internal shareholder you can not always sell your shares when you want also. They can freeze certain times. External are peeps outside the company and can usually sell anytime
