They aren't pimples. They are ingrown hairs. The rash is razor burn.
To avoid them both:
1. Soak in warm water to open pores and soften hairs.
2. Apply a thick lather of your shaving creme/gel against the grain (the direction the hair grows) to help the hairs to stand up.
3. Use a new razor every time you shave.
4. Shave with the grain to avoid irritation.
5. Rinse the razor after each stroke, don't beat it on the side of the tub/sink.
6. Rinse the area you shaved in cool water to close the pores again.
7. Pat dry, never rub.
8. Apply a good moisturizer to the skin.

make sure when you shave your legs and under arm pitts you use shaving cream. you should not shave pubes area (specially if you're a Burnett. dark hair is more course, therefore is harder to penetrate the skin whene growing back), wax it instead, right after waxing it use this product around the pubes area "PFB Vanish" at least 3 to 2 time per day while the pubes hairs are growing to prevent ingrown hairs that become pimples.

Always shave at night, we tend to be puffier in the morning. Soak in a warm, but not too hot bath for a few minutes to soften hair. Use a good sharp razor. I use a new one every two uses. Use a good moisurizing lotion or soap.

Use this shaving oil...it's guaranteed to work. I never breakout or get any kind of redness or razor burn. Just use a sharp, clean razor and shave sideways ( not with or against the hair follicle). I works. You will love it like all my friends and I do.

okay, you need to exfoliate your legs at least twice per week. And shave up AGAINST the hair follicle (shave from your ankle up to your knees..THAt direction)because you are getting ingrown hairs.

Whatever you do - DON'T SQEEZE THEM. You'll get scars that look like you're a drug addict.
