Hot Topic is most defintely not a bad store. If it was, why would it be in the mall. Hot topic is for the people who like dark colors, or simply just the style. Although there might be a number of people who believe in gothic beliefs do shop there it doesn't affect the store. There is much more to the store, they sell a load of different type of things. Yes Hot Topic is for Punk styles, for the past 30 years. If you don't like the store that's just you. And what do you mean by freak teenagers? The cashiers and coustomers don't believe in evil and all that, although soem do. The other people shouldn't be placed in the category. And yes they do sell WWE shirts.

I somehow doubt they're evil just because they shop at Hot Topic. Supposedly its a "punk" store, but its mainstream. For teeny bopper punk wannabes, for the most part.
Then again, who cares about that... It's a long and complicated thought process which basically is concluded with: Don't go to Hot Topic because you think it's cool, and don't NOT go there because you think it's NOT cool.
But that doesn't answer your question. Hot Topic is primarily aimed at a"punk or freak" teenagers, as you call them, but they aren't evil. Shop there if you want to. I have NO idea if they sell WWE t-shirts.

it has absolutely nothing to do with evil or anything like that. Its more of a punk / fetish store. I personally LOVE it and im a stay at home mom of 2 young kids. I think that the way the employees choose to dress has no bareing on whether or not it is a "good store" and yes my location sells WWE stuff occasionally, but not often.

Hot topic is just a clothing store for people who like their clothes a little edgier than everyone else's that's all. Their not freeks and i'm sure they don't sell WWE t-shirts, they do have some kind of style you know. I don't think the way a person dresses makes them evil!!

I have a very conservative mother.
The first time they opened up in my local mall, my mom walked by and much to my surprise said in her cutsie mom voice "ohhh, what's this store..." I was in junior high at the time and started to get worried cause I liked to go in there and by music and shoes, and my brother but shirts there all the time. And I was afraid that she'd "ban" me from going there, and it was like my favorite store.
To give an example of how strict my mom was; I bought platform shoes 4'' high and I got grounded for like a month. When Spice Girls came out and I was like 12, my mom "banned us from listening to them". When I brought over my friends she made them take off all their piercings (other than the typical one pair) if they wanted to come into the house. So yeah, my mom is super super conservative.
Walk into the store and you know what she said?? "Oh what an adorable store!" and she to this day loves that store. So if my mom thinks its okay, it is so far from evil.
They sell cute fun stuff too, not just goth stuff. And looking goth doesn't mean you are an antichrist or anything. One of my close friends works there. A kid in my church too, who's such a good kid. They like to dress all funky and it's just fun. They don't devil worship. Just like Halloween isn't evil, its just fun.
The cashiers are awesome, talk to them about music and they really know what they're talking about. They are polite and friendly too, unlike a lot of the girls in the high end clothing stores. I swear I don't feel more out of place in those stores, the way they act towards you (and I'm a cosmetology student and dress nice and look like the type that'd be there). But at Hot Topic they make you feel welcome.
Just go in and talk to the workers and see for yourself what kind of a store it is, and what the people are like.

no hot topic is not an "evil store". they just sell products that cater to customers that like "punk" or "gothic" things. you can go in there if you are not "punk" or "gothic" and buy something you like. i am not sure about the WWE shirts, i think spencers might have those.
to me, a store is a store. don't let the people who shop there bother you. just go in and take a look. ;-)

There's nothing wrong with the store, I am a grandma and I go in there to buy things for my grandsons, the people are just like you except they dress because they are into a different fad than you. I had no problem in the store and I enjoyed looking around.

no no...it appeals more to the gothic or punk type crowd or those looking for something "different of off-the-wall". They do have some cool stuff in there. the cashiers and customers arent evil, just different that the general crowd you see at the grocery store.

LMAO!!! hot topic evil? NO. They are like the mainstream "want to be goth/punk" store. People who shop there range from super white chicks, to asians, to goth, to punks, to little tennie boppers, to ravers to everyone. its funny you think they are evil....last time i was there, i saw this hot pink feather steering wheel cover for a car. Is that evil? well, kinda. also, skulls are in now. Forever 21 is selling skull shirts, hoodies, hairbands...are they evil? you can check them out online www.hottopic.com

I think a lot of the things they sell are very stylish! It might look intimidating, I suppose... but I like jewelery, hoodies, cute shoes, stuff like that.
There are people other than "punk" or "freak teenagers" that shop there and they are not evil.
