they start like around above your elbows right? its exzeema (spelling is probably totaly off) my friend and i both have it and i don't have a way of ridding them, but i think the doctor has cream or something. i think they may also go away with time cuase i have less now than like two years ago or even like last year...well i think

If it's what I'm thinking of, it's called Keratosis Pilaris, or KP. It's a heredity condition that about half the world suffers from, so you're certainly not alone! You can't really get RID of the bumps, but you can treat them. Try www.helpforkp.com - good luck!

You may need more essential fatty acids ( EFA's) Dry, bumpy skin is a red flag that EFA levels are too low.
Eat one ounce of nuts daily and enjoy fish twice a week
this will correct the problem in as little as three Weeks- OR consider supplementing with 1,000 mg of fish oil daily
