A good friend is a friend that will help you move. A best friend is a friend that will help you get rid of the body. Meaning a person that is there for you and accepts you the way you are.

A good friend would probably depend on your age, gender and your individual personality. A good friend of mine would be a person you could talk on (almost) anything, looks out for you, honest and can be trusted. I also don't like jealous people or hypocrites.
