E-Checks good or bad?

Thanks all for your answer. I guess, I am afraid to accept E-checks from my employer and have it bounce or stopped because of some reason or another. I don't want to be oweing my bank hundreds of dollars if they do stop it.

I personally like direct deposit. But accepting payroll checks via Internet online is NOT so bright an idea.
