Make your own.
Put some hamburger or cut up roast in a pan and turn the burner on and cook till brown and tender.
Cut up an onion,
cut up two potatoes,
cut up some carrots
and add some green peas if you like.

Add two tablespoons of flour -
sprinkle over mixture and stir till it disappears.

Add a big glass of water and let it cook till it thickens. About a minute.

BAM! You've got stew with real meat!! Probably cheaper per serving than that canned stuff, too!

Cut up some lettuce add mayo,
butter some bread, and you
have a meal from heaven.
