theres truly only one way to find out, and thats to try it for yourself. dont let other opinions effect what you expect, cause then it definally wont turn out right.
but if you truly want an answer, imagine building up all this sperm in your penis, and it feels like your gonna burst, then finally releasing all of it from you.

Try this, hold your pee for long time to your limit, go the the toilet and sit down but don't pee. Pick a hair (real hair, don't think bad thing), stimulate your nose and get a sneeze, you should get a pee ejection, and feel how relax it is.
