Because,i have a baby squraill that fell out of the tree so
what do i do?Is it Legal to have a squraill!

No it is not. In fact mom squirrels will go and pick up babies that fall out... try putting it back wher eit was during teh daytime and watching to see if mom will take it back.
Is its eyes open or closed.?
This was not an abandoned baby.... if too much time has gone by mom may not take it back or already be gone... if it was only baby.
Try putting it back , but keep an eye on it so predators dont get it before the mom... give it some time ...
If that does not work... call a local VET to get area rehabbers or sanctuaries... and take it to them
Do NOT keep this as a pet without getting proper permits to do so... and trying to release it first.

I am not sure if it is legal in Texas but no one should keep wildlife as a pet. They cant be tamed even if you hand raise it from a baby. They will always have wild instincts and will never go away. If you find the mother and she wont take the baby back try to find a widlife rescue. They know how to properly handraise baby animals.

According to the first website that I found, it's illegal to keep squirrels as pets because most squirrels that are kept as pets die from malnutrition, cage injuries, etc. However, the first website that I found also tells you what you need to do to keep your squirrel happy and healthy if you do decide to keep it as a pet. (Make sure that you read the article that the author of the webpage tells you that you have to read).
The second website that I found talks about how to take care of baby squirrels that are found and rescued. It tells you how to handle, feed, and house baby squirrels until they are old enough to be released in the wild. It even gives you a recipe for food that you can make to feed to your baby squirrel.

It is illegal to keep any wild game animal in the United States because of diseases that they may carry and that they are transmitable to humans. It actually a staute of the U.S. Wildlife and Fisheries.

Yes it is.....but......you need to take it to the vet to be checked out . It should live very happily in a cage like you would use for ferrets. Be careful though.....they do bite....
