When I search for this topic on the internet, I am told to go to Tools -> Pop up blockers but I don't have that on my version. Upgrading to IE 7 is not an option because I am runniing Win 2000. I changed my security options to low. I am accepting all cookies. I put Quickbooks Online in my trusted sites. I don't know what else to do. My QB online (only compatible in IE..errrr) used to work just fine but now it is saying that pop ups are blocked.

Tools, Internet Options, Privacy. There should be a section at the bottom called Pop-Up Blocker, with a checkbox to enable/disable your pop-up blocker.

It's under tools somewhere. I strongly suggest using a better Browser. IE doesn't even properly support CSS probably not JavaScript either. Get FireFox. OR Netscape. Or, Opera. WAY better.
