I have these kindergarten memories of begging my mother for cereal so I could get whatever gift was inside. Do they still have gifts? Haven't eaten breakfast cereal in many years. Just curious. What gifts are they giving now? I'm recalling superballs, jacks, marbles and backpack decals. This was around 1977.

Yes, sometimes. Most of the stuff is pretty retarded now though. My kids just got these color change spoons which were pretty nifty. However, I hate the get a free DVD with $5 and 50 UPC's labels, or FREE in big letters on the front; and your kids think it's in the box, but its not. I think we need to remind the companies of what childhood should be like, because they obviously forgot over time. =)

It seems the only ones that still have little gifts inside are the ones that no sane parent would feed their children -- the ones that are about 98% sugar. The gifts are mostly collector cards. Nothing that is really usable, like superballs, jacks, marbles or decals.

definite, chilly cereal has sugar in it. on the different hand, some have reward. i'd for my section propose Cheerios or Raisin Bran (particularly useful once you've constipation complications). you want to typically combine cereal with a protein or fat or it spikes your blood sugar. possibly a unmarried link of breakfast sausage, some cheese. total milk might want to be adequate for some even with the indisputable fact that (you'll understand - you'd be hungry 2-3 hours later). did you understand Cheerios has a similar volume of sugar as a piece of white bread? So, no longer too undesirable.

Usually only during the time a promotion is going on for a movie, etc. But due to so many lawsuits, many are instead going for points, codes, etc. and referring to website.

I could add some milk for your cereal. *smile*
