i will take the human. because
he will make more noise,
he cannot smell me.
bullets hurt less than claws.
i can outsmart him.
he is easier for me to kill than the tiger is.
we would both be out of our element as the tiger would be in his.
and with proper planning i could turn the forest against him, where as i could not do that to the tiger.

I'd go with the tiger. All it needs is to find one other prey critter, and it'll be distracted and kill that. If need be, I could climb a tall tree and just outwait the tiger, until it goes somewhere else and finds something else to eat. Once it's eaten, it won't care about me. Tigers almost never hunt humans anyway.
Not so with the human tracker. The human wouldn't be distracted, and he'd stop at nothing until he caught me. Humans are the most dangerous critters we have ever come across; nothing else even comes close.

vs human?i try that on counter strike game, one on one, and i lost
if i has the same rifle , full ammo, i choose the tiger, and wait on open land, burn all the grass

Tiger. because the dumb thing won't be shooting back, and it would make a great rug.
