Part 1
x = 3x / (x-6)
x (x-6) = 3x
x*x - 6x = 3x
x*x = 9x
x=9
Part 2
16 = (x+3)(x+3)
x*x + 6x + 9 = 16
x*x =6x -7 =0
x*x +7x-x-7 = 0
x(x+7) -1(x+7) = 0
(x-1)(x-7) = 0
x=1, x=7

x = 3x / x - 6
x (x - 6) = 3x
x^2 - 6x = 3x
x^2 - 9x = 0
x (x-9) = 0
x = 0 and x = 9

2 / x + 3 = x + 3 / 8 <--- You gatta clarify, is it x+3 divided by 8 or
is it x divided by 3 / 8

x=3x/x-6
x(x-6)=3x
x^2-6x=3x
x^2=9x
x*x/x=9*x/x
x=9

1.
x=3x/(x-6)
x*(x-6)=3x
x^2-6x=3x
x^2-9x=0
x*(x-9)=0
==>
x=0
or
x=9
2.
2/(x+3)=(x+3)/8
16=(x+3)^2
16=x^2+6*x+9
x^2+6*x-7=0
(x-1)*(x+7)=0
x=1
or
x=-7
