I need a website (free) where I can draw a bird's eye view of a room -for example- and then the website can turn it into a 3D picture...or sumthing similar........

Autodesk's Autocad can do that. Hope you don't mind the slight learning curve. It will be worth it though. This is professional software and can be expensive. If you are a student well then it's much cheaper. Buy a subscription for it instead of the software. Students get it for 150.00 with a special form from a teacher. Also try www.journeyed.com for more options.
