Could you ever kill someone?

For any reason...be it in self defense of just plain evilness.

For self defense, I would have to be in a lot of trouble to end a life. I've never been in such a position to do that and I pray to God that I never will be.

Plain evilness - No. Never. No one's life should end with murder, no matter what they've ever done...

Yes. Self defense, defending my family, friends or my dog. If you don't know you could do it, then when the time arrives, you won't. Then you live with the horror of not being able to save them. And they're gone. Sad, sad life.

very thought provoking question. i'd like to say no, i could never kill anyone. but then i thought seriously about the question and decided, yes, i could kill someone who was trying to kill my wife or son, my sisters and their children. i'd do anything to preserve their lives and if killing someone was the only way to accomplish that goal---i'll probably go to jail for committing the crime.
