I was wondering can someone ugly turn pretty? and how often do ugly pepole become models?

Many people go through an "ugly duckling" phase, but that is usually when they are younger. I know when I was young I was rather dorky and kinda ugly. But, not anymore. I wouldn't say I am beautiful or gorgeous, but I am not a medusa, either. So, it may just require time, if you are younger.

Also, there are many make-up techniques that a person could use to make themselves look prettier. There are quite a few female celebrities that are down right dogs without their make-up on. You could go have a make-over and ask what techniques the beautician is using.

Ugly? Pretty? Beauty comes from within, but with the magic of make-up, hair, clothes, a great body, etc. anyone can create the illusion. Years ago they showed a before and after photo session of a famous model. Yikes! The before photos were scary and I am sure most of us never would have thought the model anything more than plain. Then they showed the steps they used to create her famous face. It was amazing! Most models are fairly plain before make-up, etc. If they are too striking without make-up, etc. they are not as versatile as one who can be molded into many looks.

First of all, I think everyone has something about their appearance that makes them pretty. I don't like the word ugly, but since you use it I will say that someone can actually turn pretty. There are many models out (sume SUPER models) that I would say aren't the prettiest (or using ur word are ugly).

in my opinion, most of the supermodels out there arent that pretty to most people(unless they are airbrushed to perfection) but in real life, they look like any other girl you'd see walking down the street, as for being ugly...i dont know if u mean urself, but im sure your not ugly.....i hope someone isnt telling you that you are, b/c most likely its not the truth, usually its an issue with the person that makes fun...so my answer is yes..you can look anyway you want to look, just be happy with yourself, if you like a shirt and you feel good in it, most likely people will notice that and see the same thing that you feel.....good luck=)

some modeling agents look for exotic looks, so that means the person may not appear as pretty as the standard pretty, but instead has that "special" feature that makes them a good model. it also depends on what kind of "look" agents are looking at for a particular photo shoot.
like for instance, a girl might get unnoticed on the street, but an agent could see that she has a unique bone structure, which would make her a good model.

beauty is only skin deep and not all models are beautiful, most look anarexic...no offense to models, i am sure u r beautiful inside, if u think u r ugly u will come across that way, build ur self confidence and find a hobby to boost ur self esteem
