Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position.
relax the body.
Relax your stare
Feel the weight of your body grounding into the floor
become aware of the sensations in your body
mantain awareness of the world around you
Just be aware of your thoughts, emotions, sensations.
don't judge them.
Just observe them and let them pass
