But, when she's alone, she will talk to me. Even when she's standing right beside a teacher tha i talk to all the time, she won't talk to me, she'll just look and smile.

Teachers are just like teenage girls.
Whenever girls are around their boyfriends, they don't talk to their friends. They maybe might not want to "embarrass" themselves. Don't worry about your teacher. I highly doubt that she's mad at you or anything like that.

Teachers don't want to appear 'too friendly' to their students or appear to favour one than the others. Especially if you're the opposite sex to your teacher. She probably wants to avoid any unpleasant rumour going around in the future.

She should'nt be talking to you at all unless it's regarding school activities. It shows favortism and she could get fired for it.
