Are they religious deviants?

I mean, afterall, approximately 33% of the world's population identifies as being Christian, which is no majority by any stretch of the imagination, yet some of them force their religion on others as if everyone else is wrong. When will they learn to stop forcing their beliefs onto others?

Notice I said *some* Christians, and please try to see the humor in the question

=)

I should go ask this in the religious section just to see how much I get flamed for it.

fuschiafish - Notice I said *SOME* Christians and also asked you to see the humor in the question. The idea behind asking the question was to point out that SOME Christians force their religion on, say, gay people, telling them they're sinners and they're sick and disgusting and going to hell and that God hates them. That's kind of forcing it on us no matter how you look at it. Just like SOME gay people cram it down your throat by, say, oh my god, holding hands in public or dare I say it - kiss! Holy hell what is this world coming to.

THats just the way they are, brainwashed I think. (Note: not all) Just the ones that think they are better than everyone, by knocking all the others. I know a few gay Christians. Yeah, and they are wonderful. God knows no gender, only souls. And whats in your heart. Only He can judge when the time comes.

How do you force your belief 'onto' or 'into' someone?

What do you mean 'christians' you're making a wild generalisation about over such a large percentage of the world's demography.

Regardless of anyone's views on the practice the physical sexual act of an active homosexual
is scientifically 'unnatural'

But like anyone else, consenting adults are welcome to be wrong and deviant or anything else that is lawfully permited through which they might find satisfaction

gay Christians are real christians! to question a million) sure! 2) maximum christian religions imagine that to easily be gay is an "abomination"! So alluring in any type of similar sex sex is sinful to them! 3) they imagine it really is a "abomination" for a gay man or woman to be married era! they imagine it is going hostile to what God needed human beings to do. They cite the adam and eve tale from the bible! The Sodom and Gorraham tale from the bible and many different scripture to grant validity to their attitude. i'm gay and position self belief in God yet i'm no longer a Christian and neither are maximum of them! opposite to what they trust!

Mocking a group because of a few is not good. I am not a christian or a gay , but its just adding fuel to the fire , even if you say "some" the rest of any group feels they need to take up for their members.

Whoops, I clicked on the wrong question. I thought since I saw the word Christian, it was in the religious and spirtuality section, but I was wrong. But since I'm here.....It really doesn't matter what people have to say about different behaviors. What does matter is what God says. He has defined homosexual behavior as wrong, just as he did many others. As a Christian, if God has said it is wrong, then I believe it to be so. But I must agree with EVERYTHING God says, not just when it comes to homosexuality. Jesus loves you and I hope you don't take this answer to be 'holier than thou'.

Christian rock throwers.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Jesus words to the men who caught a woman in adultery.
It is believed that he drew in the sand the sins of the accusing men and not one threw his stone.

He showed love to the prostitute and she became a devout follower of Him and His teachings.

I am a Christian and I believe God would prefer we keep our mouths shut and that our lives should be a reflection of our relationship with him. I'm not saying we should never share the word of God with others I'm saying that not everyone is ready to hear The Word.

The Holy Bible can be read by everyone and it is left to there own interpretation and freedom of will as to how they choose to interpret it.

God Loves us all in spite of ourselves. That's why He sent you only begotten Son to die on our behalf.

Peace and happiness to you.

No one can force their belief on you unless they are threatening your life unless you convert. And keep in mind not everyone saying they are a Christian is a Christian. Jesus said not everyone saying to me Lord Lord will be accepted to him. But on the subject of homosexuality it is listed in the bible as a serious sin Romans 1:24-27. However it goes on to say in chapter 2 of Romans not to judge b/c sin manifest itself differently in different people. Some people have to contend with the despite of homosexuality and others gambling and others porn...it all depends on how its manifest itself.
