I never seem to keep a friend for a long time...they all start to hate me after a while...is something wrong with me? What can I do?

evaluate yourself, ask yourself or your friends what they don't like about you, tell them you're asking them to improve yourself. if they know you are sincere they will help you and probably be good friends again with you. Accept what they are saying negative about you, then, make the proper change.
listen to michael jackson's song "man in the mirror" and really listen to the lyrics. hope it will help you.
but on the brighter side evaluate your friends also, are they the kind of friends you really like to be with? do they help you become a better person? if not then, try being friends with others.

What was going on when your friends started to change their feelings towards you? Look at how you treat people objectly and see if you would hang out with a person who is like you. If you don't like the behaveours you see change them but keep the core of who you are true. Change means growth, and the startign of your growth was posting this question. Good Luck

i knew this girl once that clung to me like white on rice and it was like i couldnt get her off me. dont somehow hang out with them all the time. dont be loud or ostentascious. and dont make stupid jokes. if you make a joke and the conversation just kind of stops thats a sign of a stupid joke.
