What is the best way to handle roids down below? I've tried the ointments, but have not found much relief. Can/Should I try pulling them out with tweezers?

You said heavy guys only but I had a suggestion so here I am. If you know anyone who has had a baby they probably have this thing sitting a round that goes on the toilet and you fill a bag with warm water and it squirts warm water. Anyway its used to soak and soothe after child birth, but also makes the roids feel better especially if you use really warm water.

Go to a doctor! you can't pull them out with a tweezer dipshit! Roids are veins that pop out. Go the doc and don't be embarrased, they've seen it all. Sorry, I know you said heavy guys only but I couldn't resist.

I'm a girl but I'm also a nurse, you should take stool softeners for about a week or two, keep the area clean, and use the ointment just for comfort, drink plenty of water. Oh yeah and don't strain when your on the pot!!

See drsilveriosalinas.com, in Mcallen,TX, he has a great relief cure. Also try acupuncture stuff, it works. Any way, modify your feeding habits, eat more bran.

Have 'em removed. You could bleed out if they're not sealed properly.
