Who told you this? If you get pimples on your penis, it is likely a sexually transmitted disease. Since masterbation is 100% safe sex as long as you don't do it with someone else, you can't get an STD.
It won't cause you to break out, grow hair, go blind or be sterile either. If that was the case, 99.9% of the population would have these symptoms.
Word from the wise: A lot of these old fairytales and folktales were created to prevent people from doing something someone else did not agree with, and for some stupid reason, we can't seem to get rid of these sayings.

it is most likely from hair starting to grow on your penis.
