Hand wash only and line dry. The washing machine and dryer will ruin a bra for sure.

Invest in a stronger, and better built bra...I love victoria secrets T-Shirt bras...never had a wire problem! Victoria Secret also offers many no-wire bras that are just as supportive...just visit a store, tell them your problem and they should find the right bra for you...because not wearing a bra can stretch your breasts and cause them to hang down further when you are older...

I usually add additional stiching to the ends. Thats where I always have problems. I just take thread and a needle and reinforce the material. I HAVE noticed that the bra's I buy from victoria's secret do not do this. Of course when you pay $50 for the bra, it better not! But worth the money as they seem to last forever.

I went and got professionally fitted since I was having the same problem. She said the under wire should come under your armpit. So you may need to go up a cup size and do not wash them in the washer- hand wash only and NEVER dry in the dryer. That breaks down the elastic. But try a bigger cup and see if that helps.

im pretty sure that once it pokes through the material, its done....i hate underwires...you should check out the new line of bras at victoria secret...they might cost a little more than other places but i have bras from there that ive had for 3 or more years...just go in and tell one of the employees that you like underwire bras, but you dont like the actual wire and im sure they have something there that will give you the same supprt, without the stabbing from an underwire..lol...good luck!(ps if u sign up for the v.s angels credit card, you get really good coupons once a month, usually for free undies or something, so the price kinda evens itself out eventually...)

Sounds like that's either a poor quality bra or is old. In general, get better bras, wash them on the delicate cycle and allow them to air/hang dry. It prolongs the life.

I usually stitch a few more threads right near the end of the wire before first wear. You can do this after a wash or two but it works much better when it is brand new.

I had to offer up procuring bras with the twine in them. i'd placed on a bra a pair of circumstances and then get it out of the wash after only some washes and wulaa! there is that stupid twine! i'd attempt to push it again through and placed on it in spite of the indisputable fact that it continually ended up operating it really is way out and poking me too. the only thanks to end it truly is to easily end donning a twine bra. possibly if all persons women human beings stopped donning them they'd start up to lead them to extra ideal that you'll actually get extra makes use of out of it than 4-5. i'm hoping this enables you...... sturdy success!

Spend the extra money on a nice bra that is durable and don't put in the washer unless its the gentle cycle. Also hang to dry.
