Lets say you like a boy, and you've been liking him for quite a while now, and he knows. But he still hasnt made a move. I mean I really like this guy alot! And i know he likes me too, but he seems like he's afraid to make the first move, or to ask me out. We talk and flirt, but nothing more. Other guys ask me out, but he's the one I want over everybody else. Should I wait for him, or move on and try and forget about him?...

Why don't you ask him out?
There is no law that says a girl can't ask a guy on a date. He may be too shy to ask you out, or he may be afraid of rejection. At least you would know how he feels about you when he answers.
For the best chance at a positive answer, ask him out to a specific place and time. Don't just ask "Would you like to go out sometime?" It leaves too much room for non-committal, indecisive answers. Instead say, "Would you like to go to *place* at *time* on *date* with me?" It's a yes or no answer. If he says yes, then you're set! If he says no, I'm busy, suggest another date or time. If he says no, I don't want to see that movie (or go to that place, or whatever you ask) then ask where he would like to go instead. There are so many ways to find an agreeable time and place for a date, that the only thing that would stop him from saying yes, is if he really isn't interested, or he's just not allowed to date. If he's not allowed to date, then he will probably tell you.
IF, by some strange chance, he says no, then forget about him and move on. Putting that much time and effort into somebody isn't worth it when they don't return your feelings.

OMG!!!!!!Gurl i'm in the same situation here but i learned that if i really like him and other guys had ask me out and for an answer i told them NO then that's because i really really like this other guy and i should try to make the first move (don't let the pride win here go for wat you feel towards him) you try the first move..try 2 kiss him so that he'll know you like him and that you're not afraid to let him know how you feel about him...GOOD LUCK!!!

Play hard to get. It used to work back in my mom's age. Why would it not work now? Actually you can have ways of letting him know you like him, but when push comes to shove, most men don't appreciate the pushy type.

Don`t forget him! Make yourself extra pretty and go up to him and flaunt it. Say" Wanna go to the coffe house or something Friday? There`s a great band playing. So and so and so and so are going."

Make a friend tell him you like him. If he does not like you,move on. There is other people too.
