Theona from shrek, a lil green witch makeup, a green floor length gown(or was it blue? not sure),some cardboard ears, a red wig , and poof THEONA!
Shrek would be pretty easy too, Now donkey, that will take a little more imagination, If there is a short guy , you got yourself a Farquad

My son and his friend won first place a few years ago at their church youth group's party. They hung commode seats around their neck and wrote on them 1John and 2John. The youth minister almost had a coronary from laughing so hard.
