its buffering, either the server serving the video is slow or your connection is slow, you can adjust this within the player

most videos are streaming content to play via your pc so depending on the speed of your connection, your pc will maybe do this when it has the data downloaded to play the section you are wanting to play.

It happens to me too. I have AOL 7.0 and that is probably out of date. I don't know what the problem is. Good luck to you,tho.
